Network Conference is a gathering of pastors, missionaries and lay leaders of local churches for missional conversations, strategic business, enriching fellowship and Spirit-energized services.

When is check-in time?

Exhibitor check-in and setup for Network Conference is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Upon arrival, please check in with registration or the Missions Department if you are a missionary.

Exhibit booths may be set up on Monday morning, May 20, but they must be completed and ready to go by 7:30 AM.

How are booth spaces assigned?

Booth spaces are assigned based on the needs and priorities of the Ohio Ministry Network. Booths are arranged to provide maximum traffic flow into the exhibit hall and are based on the facility layout and restrictions, if any such rules exist.

Can I ship my exhibit supplies to the event location in advance?

The Ohio Ministry Network will not receive or sign for your booth supplies or equipment. If you must transport some items commercially, you may, at your own risk, arrange to have them delivered directly to Radiant Life Church.

Will my exhibit supplies be secure when I am not present?

The Ohio Ministry Network and Radiant Life Church are not responsible for the security of your items. We suggest that you be present whenever items of value are displayed in your space. You may choose to leave your items overnight at your own risk.

Are there any regulations regarding my booth?

You may configure your assigned 10’x10’ space however you choose, but you may not affix items to walls. The use of electricity is first come, first served.

When can my booth be operational and staffed?

Your exhibit should be manned throughout the day at the church. Generally, sessions will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. For maximum impact, you should plan on being in your booth prior to and immediately following scheduled sessions. These will be the best high-traffic times for your company/ministry.
