Are gift certificates only available for camps? +
Gift certificates are only available for student ministries summer camps held at Heartland Conference Retreat Center.
Are camp gift certificates refundable? +
Yes. Although camps themselves may not be refundable, if a certificate is unable to be used, refunds can be requested by emailing us.
Are camp gift certificates transferable? +
Yes. Camp gift certificates can be transferred between camps and individuals as long as they have not already been redeemed. Please contact us if any change needs to be made to a certificate after it has been purchased to ensure that the amount is applied to the appropriate camper.
Does the gift certificate need to be used by a certain date? +
No. Camp gift certificates can be used any date after purchase, but should be used for the current camp season. Please email us to request a certificate be used for a subsequent year.
