Options for Ministry Education and Training

Recognizing the tremendous diversity of the Body of Christ and the ministers God is raising up all over Ohio and the nation, educational requirements for credentials with the Assemblies of God can be met through a variety of customizable training venues.

To begin your search for accredited course work from quality institutions across the nation we encourage ministers to first visit Assemblies of God Colleges or Universities, including correspondence and online opportunities through Global University.  Global University offers the same courses on a non-accredited basis for a substantially lower cost through Berean School of the Bible

The Ohio Ministry Network is also thrilled to offer all the necessary credentialing courses through convenient and economical weekend training venues at the Network Resurce Center (in Columbus) on a monthly basis through the Ohio School of Ministry.  This is a great way to learn from fellow Ohio leaders and to rub shoulders with other Ohio individuals who are exploring the call of God on their lives.

Addtionally, the Network Presbytery grants credit toward credentialing for course work completed at these fine Christian institutions* in the United States:

Ashland College and Seminary
Cedarville University
Cincinnati Christian University
Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary
Lee University
Liberty University
Malone University
Mt Vernon Nazarene University
North Greenville University
Nyack Bible Institute
Ohio Christian University
Oral Roberts University
Rhema Bible College
Trinity College & Seminary

Valor Christian College

*Additional courses required for non-Pentecostal schools:

AG History, Missions, and Governance
